• All orders are shipped by Australia Post, packed with care protective packaging where ever necessary. If you require registered mail, please indicate when completing your details in the shopping cart. All claims for damaged parcels must be made through Australia Post. If the product is defective, please contact us and we will arrange for its return and replacement or a refund. Goods returned must be in original condition and packaging as received by you.

To insure that your purchase is delivered as soon as possible purchase over $20.00 and under 3kg’s will be sent through Australia Posts via express post and while we will take all care in insuring that your good are delivered undamaged we take no responsibility for lost items or damaged stock caused by the Australia Post

• For orders under $20.00 will be forward via Australia Post.
• For orders between $20.00 to $50.00 the Postage Charge will be $8.70 anywhere in Australia.
• For orders between $50.00 to $100.00 the Postage Charge will be $4.70 anywhere in Australia
• For orders of more than $100.00 the postage charge will be Free anywhere in Australia
